The reservation must be confirmed by sending a deposit equal to 30% of the total; the payment can be made via Paypal or bank transfer, the receipt of the latter must be sent to info@podereirovai.it.
The balance of the total amount will be paid upon arrival at Podere Rovai upon delivery of the keys. In case of booking for a single night, the total payment of the stay is required.
Our accommodation includes a double bed in the attic room, and in the case of more than two guests, a sofa bed in the living room and possible extra bed for five guests.
Arrivals must be between 2:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
Departures must take place by 10:30 am
For reservations on the same day we ask you to notify us a little earlier in the winter months.
Cancellation policy:
The customer can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, after this date the amount of the deposit will be withheld.
